Cat Hotel.

My two cats at home in the backyard. They get the good life, washed and pampered with every swish of the tail. I'm often told to 'stop bothering the cats.' Shouldn't it be the other way around??

Jacob Maarse, Pasadena.

Beautiful rustic furniture and home decor. Also, bouquets that look and smell like they popped out of a Home & Garden photoshoot.

Pomona Colleges, Claremont.

Tuwie being her normal colorful self on the glade in front of Bridges Hall.

Memorial Glade, University of California Berkeley.

Pat enjoying his first sunbath after an incessant amount of Berkeley gloom.

Sam & Angelina

Sam has unfortunately cut the halo of cinnamon-colored ringlets that you see below... but on the bright side, he now looks like James McAvoy. Identical, I tell you.

Hearst Women's Gym Entrance & Wheeler Maude Fife Room.

The following three shots of the UC Berkeley Hearst Women's Gym entrance is a series of studies looking at the effect of light on the structure (build by Julia Morgan).

The Maude Fife room in Wheeler Hall is usually reserved for poetry readings and special lectures. It is genuinely stunning, especially with the sunlight pouring in and warming up the wooden walls and chairs.

Yellow + Tan

Details, details. Shocking green and blue argyle socks peeping out from underneath the cuffs of the jeans. Really draws the green of the vine and the grass together, doesn't it?

Blue Tattoo

The second photo down is probably my favorite. Sean has a tattoo of a human-drawn eye--the kind that you'd find in a 18th century science book complete with latin terms detailing the different parts of the eye--on his arm. Totally unexpected and completely fitting.

Smeared sunlight

The inside of Sean's apartment is quirky and folksy. Different sized glass jars adorning the windowsills, polaroids plastered on the walls, random artwork lying in wait to be displayed, (and cats. all artists have cats), a wonderful little hole in the wall of a place.
